Ian is ready for this business trip to be over. Nothing against Cleveland, but he'd rather be back home in Milwaukee instead of this dingy hotel bar.
Violet is having the worst day of her life. With nothing left and nowhere to go, she just wants somewhere she can sit down for a minute and think.
Without any other options, she takes him up on his offer of a guest room, even though it means leaving everything she knows behind.
About Me
I've always loved reading and writing, and I've dreamed of being a writer my whole life. I always thought that if I wrote a book it would be fantasy, my first literary love. However, life got in the way and the pandemic happened. I found myself looking for something happier than what I was currently reading and watching, and stumbled on romance. I got hooked and started thinking about what kind of stories I would tell.
After years of playing around with different ideas, I decided to get serious and see if I could turn my scribblings into something more.
I was born and raised in Wisconsin and live just outside Milwaukee.
